Peugeot 308 is a car lower middle class manufacturer Peugeot. It was officially presented to the fifth June 2007 in Barcelona. Sale started on 20 September 2007.

Motorisation were four petrol and three diesel engines. Petrol engines 1.4 and 70kW, 88kW and 1.6 and 1.6 and two turbo 110kW (103kW in combination with 4-speed automatic transmission) and 128kW. Diesel 1.6 HDi 66kW and 80kW and 100kW 2.0 HDi. Three of the seven engines are equipped with 5-speed gearbox, the other two powerful diesel engines and more powerful gasoline engines have 6-speed gearbox.

In conjunction with 175 horse version of a petrol engine peugeot 308 is equipped with more aggressive front and sports supplements. Kombiverzia (SW) 308 came to market in early spring 2008, and just like its predecessor, Peugeot 307 SW is equipped with a panoramic glass roof. 308 CC convertible on the market since early spring 2009.

Diesel engines:

Peugeot 308 CC

308 CC were recruited in March 2009. It is a four-car type Coupé-Cabriolet with electro-hydraulic clamshell roof. Peugeot 308 CC was first offered with two engines and a 1.6 i petrol and 2.0 HDi diesel. Since July came new revised 1.6 HDi diesel engine with 82 kW as well as petrol and 1.6 turbo with 110 kilowatovým performance. Petrol versions together with 5-speed gearbox, VTi had the 6-speed gearbox and the 150 horse version was also available 6-speed automatic transmission. Both diesel engines have been supplied with a 6-speed gearbox and the 2.0 HDi with a 6-speed automatic transmission.

Diesel

• 1.6 16V HDi FAP (Filters à particules) 82 kW (112 bhp) from 07/2009
• 2.0 16V HDi FAP 103 kW (140 bhp) from 03/2009

2009 model changes

For 2009 Peugeot 308 has been technically revised. Design remained unchanged. For the 2.0 HDi engine power was increased to 140 ka meets Euro 5 emissions standards and the average consumption was reduced to 5.3 l/100 km.

1.6i THP 150 hp engine uses thanks to a new 6-speed transmission and lightweight aluminum disk 7.0 l/100 km.
